Dave Dalzell is in his 5th decade of service to property owners. As Chairman of the Texas Association of REALTORS® he established the Property Management Committee of TAR leading the way in developing contract forms and professional assistance for REALTORS® across Texas.
Since 2007 he has been joined by daughter, Jamie Dalzell, as a broker partner in leasing and managing hundreds of rental properties for investor owners scattered in all areas of the globe.
